These are difficult times for many of us and as such it is so important to keep looking after your mental and physical health.
Throughout this time we should all be following the latest government guidelines and I will be doing through my practice as well. This means that currently I am not conducting any sessions face to face to stay in line with physical distancing guidelines. Instead I have moved all of my sessions over to online or telephone.

It is important during these times to make sure you are getting your information reputable and trustworthy sources to get accurate information.
